General Guidelines--Developed over several years of doing these presentations, these suggestions make it possible for even a novice to do a good presentation.
Comb binding and 24# Paper--The binding allows the manual to lay flat when you are teaching. The slightly heavier paper makes the pages easier to turn one at at time.
Individual Block with Big Number for Each Slide -- The well separated blocks and huge slide numbers makes it simple to keep your place as your eyes move from script to screen to students and back.
Read and Click© Scripts --the script panels tell you exactly what to do --when. Even novices can easily "read and click" after just a few slides. And then, once you are familiar with the process, you can add your own special touches and words.
